Job description

Plan, prep, set up and provide quality service in all areas of food production for menu items and specials in the designated outlets in accordance with standards and plating guide specifications. Direction, train and monitor performance of Kitchen Staff. Maintain organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.

Food safety sanitation certification.

Ability to communicate in English with guests, co-workers and management to their understanding.
Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations.
Ability to provide legible communication.

High school diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate.
Certification of culinary training or apprenticeship.

Prior supervisory experience.
Ability to speak in a second language, preferably Spanish.

A 2-Year Culinary Degree is required. A minimum of five years of experience in a culinary position required; hotel experience preferred and a la carte experience a plus. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
