The mission of this role is to ensure that Tegus is an irreplaceable part of customers’ research process, consistently driving engagement and delivering value via the Tegus product suite. The CSM will manage accounts for our largest, most strategic customers. The CSM will build a relationship with clients in their book of business, understand their investment process and pain points, and provide guidance on how to use Tegus to get the most value. The CSM should become an expert in our clients’ process and a leader in understanding best practices for Tegus usage. The CSM will own gross retention and will be responsible for identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within a book of accounts.
Responsibilities
- Increase customer engagement with the Tegus product suite, driving retention among users in your book of business.
- Partner with Account Executives to build account-specific strategies, unlocking upsells and cross-sells to your book of business.
- Build strong relationships with Tegus customers to understand their needs, and engage with customers regularly to ensure they’re finding exceptional value in Tegus.
- Be a thought leader within the CS organization. Test new strategies and tactics to drive customer engagement, measure impact, and codify successful approaches to roll out as best practice team-wide.
- Collect insights on your customers. Share with cross-functional partners including product and operations, and document accordingly in Salesforce.
- Successfully exceed annual gross retention and pipeline generation goals.
Qualifications
- A track record of relationship building with sophisticated clients with complex business needs.
- Excellent customer empathy and a desire to continuously learn more about your customers’ ways of working.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A high degree of accountability and strong bias for action.
- Flexibility and comfort working with ambiguity.
- Knowledge of, or desire to gain deep knowledge of the finance and stock market domains.
