Yelm Veterinary Hospital is seeking a part-time Kennel Technician to join our team. We're looking for compassionate, enthusiastic, dependable, proactive candidates that are team players with a positive attitude and a good work ethic. What you'll do: 1) Help us provide amazing care for the pets trusted to us and the people who love them. 2) Make sure we are at our best every day for our clients and patients. 3) Show up with a great attitude and ready to work with your team. 4) Help us create a fun atmosphere where we work hard but do it in a way that is incredibly satisfying and makes a difference for the animals and our clients. Duties will include:

• Perform daily cleaning of rooms, cages and treatment areas, following proper disease control protocol to ensure a sterile environment
• Stock all supplies as needed
• Stock areas and spot-clean rooms and treatment areas throughout the day
• Clean surgical and regular laundry, clean and sonicate surgical instruments and prepare surgical packs as needed
• Clean, fold, and stock laundry throughout the clinic
• Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
