Address: 3825 Campton Hills Rd., St. Charles, IL 60175
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 10:00am-6:00pm & Tuesday, Friday 9:00am-5:00pm*

• Various shifts available - Full Time or Part Time

Position Overview:Provides substance abuse counseling and support services to juvenile offenders admitted into the Illinois Department of Juvenile Justice Treatment Program.
Major areas of responsibility for this job:

• Completes intakes and assessments as needed
• Provides individual and group counseling
• Completes treatment planning and other required clinical documentation in accordance with contractual requirements and licensing regulations.
• Provides case management services and coordination of the youth's treatment
• Develops post-release plans
• Participates in staff growth and development activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, criminal justice, or related field
• Experience with offender populations preferred
• Experience with juveniles preferred
• Must meet professional staff qualifications as required by 77 Illinois Administrative Code 2060.309 within two years of employment
