As we grow, we're looking for a Junior UX Research Partner to join our team! In this role, you'll work closely with our team of Research Partners who support a portfolio of top brands in North America, acting as a trusted advisor and assisting them with developing a successful UX strategy.

Working from home, you'll be involved in...

• Partnering with a Senior UX Research Partner on some of our largest Strategic accounts
• Driving adoption and regular usage of UserZoom as an embedded solution into our customers’ research practices
• Onboarding and supporting end users on the UserZoom products
• Working closely with the Account Management team to support client retention and growth

Requirements
Here’s what will set you up for success and what we’ll be looking for in your experience:

• You'll have a love of research and will be eager to pursue a career in this space
• You'll have some experience in UX Research
• Strong desire to learn and grow in your career
• You'll be fluent in English, with excellent communication skills, able to work with stakeholders within our Customer base as well as internal team members
