We’re offering a rewarding career opportunity to join our Service Team as a Junior Service Technician and earn a $500 sign-on bonus. You’ll get comprehensive, paid training, and a stable, solid career where you ultimately control your own income.

To succeed you must be motivated, driven, mechanically inclined, like fixing things, and up for a challenge. Come to us with some of the basics under your belt: at least 2 years of electrical, electronics, robotics, HVAC/R, or plumbing experience or education, and we’ll teach you how to repair high-end home appliances and grow your career.

Our full benefit package includes health, vision, dental, 401k match, profit sharing, vacation time, sick time, annual reviews, quarterly bonus eligibility, clothing allowance, tools, and a $500 sign-on bonus! You’ll also receive a company van and card for gas right away, so your commuting costs are 100% covered.

Starting pay is $25.00 per hour, with the potential to earn a pay rate increase once you’re proficient in each specialization.

Typical expected earnings for a Junior Service Technician:

• 1st year: $52,000
• 2nd year: $55,000—$65,000
• 3-5 years and on: $65,000—$85,000+

Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm

• After 6-8 months of employment, you’ll work rotating Saturdays, typically 13 Saturdays a year with the following Mondays off (Mondays off only when working Saturdays so you’ll still have a “weekend”).

During training, we’ll teach you how to:

• Diagnose and repair high-end home appliances.
• Look up and order parts using company-provided laptop/iPhone.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal staff.

Upon completion of our extensive training program, you’ll receive:

• EPA Certification
• Certification in Appliance Repair
• Continuous training and mentorship from highly skilled Technicians

Requirements:

• 2+ years of electrical, electronics, robotics, HVAC/R, or plumbing experience or education.
• The desire to learn something new, ask questions, and communicate.
• Experience working in residential environments strongly preferred.
• Customer service skills: must be comfortable communicating directly with customers in their homes.
• Comfortable driving 3 hours every day.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Physical ability to handle repetitive lifting and maneuvering of appliances and working with tools.
• Basic computer skills to use a laptop and iPhone in the field.
• Solid time management skills.
