Job description

Interstate is seeking a Junior Project Manager to join our team! This individual will be responsible for assisting the Project Manager in planning, directing, and managing project teams to support large contract requirements. This includes determining the overall project(s) support requirements with facilities, personnel, safety, and maintenance.

Schedule: Monday to Friday (day shift, some weekends may be required.)

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have at least two (2) years of experience in project management. This position will be field-driven, and the JPM will spend more time in the field than behind a desk. Travel will be required.
• Must have prior supervisory/crew leadership experience between 5-20+ staff members.
• Must be able to run a project from start to finish, some led by the Project Manager, others completely done by the Junior Project Manager.
• Must have superior communication skills, be organized, focused, and adaptable. Multitasking is required.
• Must be able to work well under high pressure.
