My Mission

The Junior Accountant is responsible for performing pertinent accounting functions.

My responsibilities

1/ Bank

Prepare weekly bank reconciliations
Credit card management and monthly reconciliations

2/ Accounts Payable

Vendor management (W-9, system clean up and maintenance)
Processing weekly invoices, including expense reports
Issuing payments by check, ACH, wire transfers, credit cards
1099s management

2/ Analysis and report

Developing and recording journal entries including payroll, sales tax
Analyzing and reconciling balance sheet accounts monthly
Reconciling sales monthly
Work closely with other departments on regular reports and analytics
Perform various activities relating to both internal and external audits
Perform special projects as requested by senior management
Review daily mails

Salary: $22.50 - $30.00 per hour
