Janssen Supply Group, LLC is recruiting for a Senior Financial Analyst, based in Titusville, NJ or Horsham, PA. The Senior Financial Analyst will report to the Senior Finance Manager – Home Office, Janssen Supply Chain, and provide business partner support to the Global Functions Team.

Working in a fast-paced environment, the Senior Financial Analyst will provide support and analysis to business partners with ongoing exposure to high-levels of management within the organization. This role involves performing quarterly closings and business forecast updates, variance analysis, and ensuring that compliance requirements are met. This position will work across all global manufacturing sites and our Home Office Finance group.

The position requires interaction with senior management from a variety of functions throughout the organization.

The Global Functions Senior Financial Analyst will provide financial leadership as follows:

• Collaborate with finance leaders and business partners including direct support to JSC Finance VP to deliver execution of total finance portfolio
• Manage several budgets (ex: Finance, HR, and IT) and partner with professionals globally to deliver results, including P&L and headcount responsibilities.
• Execute quarterly and year end close deliverables & manage all forecast cycles
• Frame financial impacts arising from business drivers, or other ad hoc workstreams, to senior management
• Reconciliations of financial systems and support of key SigniFi initiatives
• Develop standardized processes, tools, and templates for business case analytics

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, preferably with a major in Accounting or Finance.
• A minimum 3 years of finance experience in a complex multi-national company/environment is required.
• Excellent analytical, accounting, communication, and presentation skills, including fluent oral and written English communication, are required.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required (Formulas, lookup functions, Pivot Tables).
• MBA, CMA, or CPA advanced certification is preferred.
• Previous experience managing professionals with a strong track record of motivating and developing a high performing team is preferred.
• The candidate must be comfortable with ambiguity and have experience building and implementing financially viable business models.
• The candidate must be able to work in a team environment and be passionate about meeting stretch objectives.
• This position will be located in Horsham, PA and/or Titusville, NJ, and will need up to 5% travel (domestic/international)
