Journeyman/Journeywoman Electrician -
Midwest Electric and Generator is currently hiring for a Journeyman/Journeywoman Electrician to lead generator installation crews, provide onsite electrical troubleshooting, and daily installations working with our residential and commercial generator customers. This position travels out to our customers to provide products from our favorite manufactures such as Kohler and Generac. Daily overseeing of your apprentice electrician. Must have Journeyman/Journeywoman Electrician license or being taking the test within 60 days.

Primary Duties include

• Installations of generator remote monitoring
• Installations of automatic transfer switches
• Performing dealer checkout and startup
• Working with electrical systems on a daily basis.
• Company provided take home truck.
• Company provided cell phone & laptop.
• Be physically capable of bending, squatting, lifting and able to work in all temperatures year around.
• All tools and items required are company provided.
• Maintain day to day updating of customer accounts in local system.
• Be able to pass a background check.
• Position is available in Elk River MN.
