Job design:

• Cleaning Commercial Offices in Belpre/Parkersburg WV Areas.
• Essential education: High School Diploma.
• Labor conditions: daily tasks will involve bending, lifting, walking/standing, and twisting.
• Must have valid Driver’s License and Automobile
• Essential skills: ability to convey, receive and understand information to and from co-workers, supervisors and customers, Ability to learn rapidly and adapt quickly to changing situations, productive - makes effective use of time, quality - ability to accurately and thoroughly perform work assignments on a consistent basis, responsibility - ability to accept and understand the accountabilities of the position, time management - ability to effectively allocate time to priority activities.
• General Cleaning: Cleaning Surfaces, Bathrooms, Kitchen/Break Rooms, Lobby, Sweeping and Mopping of Floors, Removing Trash to Dumpsters, Possible use of floor scrubbers and floor burnisher, etc.
• Starting salary for all Position’s, is $12.00-$15.00 per hour.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Weekend availability

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Custodial Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
