PK Property Services has been supplying the Twin Cities and surrounding Metro area with exceptional commercial property services for over 20 years. As a market leader in custodial services, PK puts our customers’ needs first by supplying exceptional quality in custodial services, project floor maintenance, landscaping, snow plowing, and much more.

We are now hiring cleaners to work in the area of New Brighton, MN part-time position. We have two openings available to start immediately, the hours for this position are Monday through Friday

• 5:00pm - 9:30pm

Position Overview & Responsibilities:
Custodians at PK Property Services provide customers a clean, sanitary, and safe facility that they can be proud of. Responsibilities in accordance with standard janitorial services including but not limited to:

• General cleaning specified areas to each specific facility’s needs
• Floor care including vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping
• General waste disposal
• Cleaning and restock restrooms with paper products and hand soap
• Window washing
• Dust high and low areas
• Completion of daily reports for work completed.

Job Type: Custodian, New Brighton
Shift: Monday through Friday

Part-Time $15.00

Qualifications:

• Possess and maintain valid appropriate certifications and licenses, as stipulated by the customer facility
• Ability to pass a standard background check including E-Verify
• Ability to operate minor equipment
• Be able to read and understand instructions associated with the equipment
• Must be a self-starter and able to produce work with minimum supervision
• Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

Compensation:
PK Property Services offers extremely competitive compensation for the industry.
