APPLICANTS MUST LIVE IN COLORADO AND BE ABLE TO WORK IN SUMMIT COUNTY

Tiger Run Resort is seeking a janitorial professional to help manage the appearance and cleanliness of our unique community. This position is a branch of our quality assurance team and will be responsible for completed tasks, maintaining regular logs and reports, and managing the visuals of the resort. The Janitorial technician reports to the Operations Manager but may be given tasks as needed by other members of the management team.

Tiger Run Resort is a community comprised of a RV and cabin sites that are part of a homeowners association and rental program. There are multiple community building and outdoor facilities at the resort which will fall under the care of the janitorial technician.

Basic position duties based on facility:

Clubhouse

• Keep all common areas clean/sanitized
• Wash windows and doors
• Wipe down fitness equipment
• Wipe down vending machines and video games
• Empty all trash
• Clean men’s/women’s bathrooms 2-3 times daily
• Restock men’s/women’s bathroom with supplies

Pool Area

• Wash windows
• Restock towels
• Keep area clean and organized

Pavilion

• Clean/sanitize bathrooms
• Clean/organize inside area
• Empty trash
• Maintain cleanliness of recycle/compactor area
• Make routine runs to county recycle station
• Rotate recycle canisters when full
• When compactor is not on site, clean area around it with power washer/weed blower/shovel etc.
• Make runs to county landfill when needed

Front Office

• Clean/sanitize front office
• Empty trash and recycle
• Clean/sanitize front office bathroom
• Wash windows

Position duties are not limited to this list and management may require other duties based on skill level and resort needs. Current pay range is based on experience. Tiger Run Resort is a dynamic and fun work environment that offers many opportunities for growth and stability.

Pay: Up to $45,000.00 per year
