Shine Cleaning Service is a professional cleaning company that offers high end cleaning and customer service to our residential and commercial clients. You will perform a variety of cleaning and organizing duties while focused on the customer as the #1 priority.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough and efficient cleaning services in commercial offices, following the client's specific requirements and Shine’s high-quality standards
• Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a professional, friendly, and respectful attitude towards clients.
• Manage time effectively to complete cleaning tasks within the allocated timeframe
• Adhere to Shine’s Employee Behavior and Conduct Policy, ensuring punctuality, proper dress code, and maintaining a positive work environment
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and utilize a variety of cleaning products, equipment, and techniques to achieve optimal results

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience preferred but not required.
• Be able to perform full body motions all day: twist, reach, wipe, bend, kneel, crawl, stand, up/down stairs, etc.
• Background check required
• Must have a valid driver's license, registration and insurance as well as a reliable vehicle

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Monday through Friday

Ability to commute:

• Reliably commute within the greater Sacramento area (Required)
