Description:MFC is seeking an Items Analyst, Asc for a position in Orlando, Florida Target Sight Systems (TSS) Depot operations team.
Duties include contract compliance monitoring, parts consumption and prediction analysis, repair/retrofit database entry and analysis, daily interaction with Orlando and Jacksonville depot teams, and various other logistical and analytical tasking.
Candidate will work across multiple contract types to include Firm Fixed Price, Cost Plus Fixed Fee.
The employee will be tasked with generating and interpreting many different reports both on a routine, repeatable basis as well as ad hoc basis.
The employee will be required to track & maintain proper inventory control in the TSS Stock Room and support inventory audits.
Candidate will work closely with other members of the Target Sight Systems Depot operations team to fulfill contractual obligations.
Basic Qualifications:
Must have a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University (preferably focused in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or Information Technology) or applicable experience
Strong computer skills with MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel, and with enterprise level software systems such as SAP
Previous experience with engineering and/or defense in areas of supply support, logistics, or items analysis
Experience in inventory management and control to include determining proper stock levels to maintain repair operations
Desired Skills:
Repair and/or Supply Chain Management knowledge
Familiar with components and/or parts management
Familiarity with statistical analysis and techniques
