Qualifications :
- Technical certifications desirable
- Familiar with imaging, troubleshooting, basic working in ticket queue
- Completes assignments as prioritized and directed with minimal supervision
- Exhibits solid interpersonal and professional skills
- Working knowledge of Server and PC operating systems and Active Directory
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP networks, and VOIP telephony
- Good written and verbal communication skills
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Role Summary
The IT System Admin will be responsible for the implementation, support and maintenance of various technologies managed by the Information Technology department. This person will focus on the administration of desktop PC’s, servers, network equipment, telephony, security/access technologies and related systems operations. The position will provide 3rd level support to resolve problems in a timely and accurate manner.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
