Job Description:
The candidate will be responsible for identifying problems in a timely manner; gather and analyze information skillfully; develops alternative solutions; resolves problems in early stages; works well in group solving situations.
· Develop and maintain knowledge of networks, computer systems, and security systems
· Provide on-site technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
· Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
· Resolve technical problems with networks and other systems.
· Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems
· Install computer peripherals for users
· Perform any other tasks assigned.
Job Qualifications:
- Must be an Arizona resident, successfully pass an extensive background check and be a minimum of 21 years of age.
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous Information Technology experience is required.
- Experience with Microsoft, HP, Dell, Windows, printers, etc.
- Must have strong organizational and analytical abilities and advanced math skills
- Must demonstrate professional written and oral communication skills
- Must have reliable transportation and be willing to drive to and from multiple locations.
- Must be open availability to work days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and on call. We are a 24/7 facility.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
