EO Media Group is seeking a mid-level IT Support Specialist to perform a variety of technical tasks in the installation, diagnosis, repair and maintenance of our Apple/Microsoft/Linux environment, including software, network and phone support. The candidate should be familiar with Google apps, Adobe apps, Microsoft Office, hardware troubleshooting and maintenance. The candidate must work well in a team environment and have excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Great people skills are essential and self-motivation is a must.
This is a hands-on role, helping staff overcome IT issues both in person and by phone. Hours are generally 8:00 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday, but must be available for emergencies after hours. Our staff work 37.5 hour work weeks. Ideally this position will be based in Pendleton, La Grande or Bend, Ore., with occasional travel to other company locations in Oregon and Washington. Background and driving records check required.
