Job description

Responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to desktop computer systems, hardware, or software as well as mobile devices. Monitor and runs diagnostic programs, isolates problems, and determines and implement solutions within prescribed standards and procedures.

Daily Duties Include:

IT asset control and distribution

Client customer service support both internal and external

LIS portal help and guidance

Solve communication and networking issue

Wireless trouble shooting knowledge

Phone system support


Basic Networking issues

The focus of this position requires a specialist orientation to completing detailed, accurate work based on established guidelines. Job tasks and performance expectations regarding quality of work and accuracy are well defined by existing standards, systems and technology. A conscientious, disciplined approach to work is essential. Consistent, error free work, produced in a steady, methodical manner is key measures of job performance success. Job knowledge and competency is built through formal training and on-the-job practice with cooperative peers.
