IT Network Administrator
Salary: $32.69 - $34.82

Answering yes? Our IT Network Administrator job may be a perfect fit for you! As the IT Network Administrator you would provide a high level of technical support to The Arc Ontario. You would problem solve how to meet the IT needs of the agency, offer a high level of support to implement, monitor and maintain the agency servers, applications, and computer equipment and resources.
Work Location: Canandaigua
Schedule: Full time M-F 8am to 4pm

Responsibilities
- Serves as the Network Administrator
- Serves as assistant to the Director of IT
- Works closely with the Director(s) of the department(s) to support the implementation and maintenance of Local Area (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN) systems, Cloud solutions and strategies.
- Responsible to perform daily network and server system checks and maintenance functions as required to ensure system health.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in computer related field preferred
- Over 2 years of experience as network administrator providing high level technical network support in a multi-platform environment for small to medium sized companies.
- Or equivalent of education and experience.
- Network performance tuning, LAN/WAN knowledge, network design and implementation, problem solving, quality focus, technical understanding. Good communication and organizational skills required.
- Experience in administration of Microsoft networking environments. Experience in VMWare virtualized SAN network environments preferred. CompTIA Network+ certification desired. Experience supporting enterprise systems in a health care or managed care environment a plus.
