EKC Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an IT Manager to join our team in Fresno! We are a low voltage integration company Headquartered in Fresno, CA. EKC Enterprises, Inc. is a people first company that believes in investing in our employees and creating a collaborative and engaging culture.

Responsibilities

· Conducts root-cause analysis by researching hardware environment and software application and system problems, works with management to resolve issues, documents resolution.

· Lead large IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services

· Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure

· Track assets and maintain hardware and software inventory.

· Ensure network components meet needs and work together seamlessly, using the full range of capabilities, and stay informed about new features and competitive solutions

· Create a system for submitting tickets and resolving issues ranging from email connectivity, printer issues, etc.

· Create user accounts and set-up workstations

· Manage data backup and retrieval processes.

Qualifications

· A bachelor’s degree preferred

· 2-5 years of experience working in IT operations

· Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously

· Highly proficient using office productivity software including Microsoft Office Suite

· Experience working with a company with at least 250 team members (combined companies or individual company).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
