Inviting applications for the role of IT Helpdesk Support:

The IT Helpdesk Support Analyst will provide superior customer service and advanced helpdesk support to the client sites.

Responsibilities:

• Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals.
• Documents, maintains, upgrades, or replaces hardware and software systems.
• Supports and maintains user account information, including rights, security, and systems groups.
• Providing advanced broad range technical troubleshooting and issue resolution skills and experience.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in IT help desk Support.
• Understanding of ITIL, incident management, service request & service delivery
• To take the initiative in creating tickets
• Expertise in ServiceNow tool
• Imaging process for the PC & laptops.
• Understand the importance of Data privacy part, security, monitor, VPN, remote access as we support the banking system.
• Understand ODBC connections, install software, network and databases.
