Inviting applications for the role of IT Helpdesk Support:
The IT Helpdesk Support Analyst will provide superior customer service and advanced helpdesk support to the client sites.
Responsibilities:
- Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals.
- Documents, maintains, upgrades, or replaces hardware and software systems.
- Supports and maintains user account information, including rights, security, and systems groups.
- Providing advanced broad range technical troubleshooting and issue resolution skills and experience.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in IT help desk Support.
- Understanding of ITIL, incident management, service request & service delivery
- To take the initiative in creating tickets
- Expertise in ServiceNow tool
- Imaging process for the PC & laptops.
- Understand the importance of Data privacy part, security, monitor, VPN, remote access as we support the banking system.
- Understand ODBC connections, install software, network and databases.
