Position Summary: The Business Analyst is part of the IT PMO. We are searching for a highly skilled Business Analyst to contribute to Nothing Bundt Cake’s success of our growing PMO. This position will report to the Director IT PMO and will work with alongside other project managers. To succeed in this role, you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical team members. Key Responsibilities include: Work closely with stakeholders to identify business requirements related to projects in the PMO portfolio, work with IT, be a detailed planner, expert communicator, and perform quality assurance. Accountabilities/Duties:

• Define specifications and business analysis requirements
• Work with cross functional stakeholders and IT teams
• Create, update, and manage user stories
• Evaluate business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions
• Conducting meetings and presentations
• Gather, review, and analyze data for KPI’s, financial reports and other key metrics
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Education/Certifications and Work Experience Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business analysis, business administration, finance, or related field
• Two or more years of Business Analyst experience
• Scrum / Agile experience
• Project Management experience a plus
