We generally work in teams of 1 to 3 techs.

Electronic Repair Technician Basic Qualifications
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent technical, problem solving, and analytical skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Cash register and customer service (we can teach this part too).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Work well in team environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or GED
- Great attention to details is a must in this job!

• Full knowledge and experience to repair iPhones and Samsung phones, such as broken screen, changing batteries or camera.
• Apple Certifications, Desktop Repair Technician, Portable Repair Technician,

Technical Coordinator.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as Technician
• Excellent Apple and PC diagnostics repair and trouble shooting skills
• Two years of proven experience repairing Apple/PC Computer Systems
• One to two years of customer interface experience required
• Satisfactory verbal and written skills
• Great Experience in diagnostics & repair of Apple and PC computers
• Excellent skills in changing glass on iPhone, iPad, etc.
• Micro-soldering experience is also a desired.

Previous experience working at retail electronics stores and/or computer repair shops.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Weekend availability

Experience:

• Mobile device repairs: 1 year (Required)
