• Assist Management in changing warehouse layouts and resizing shelf locations.
• Work with Management to improve warehouse efficiency thru product optimization.
• Oversee and/or perform warehouse replenishment.
• Work with purchasing and Warehouse management identifying slow running products and relocating when applicable.
• Assist management in training less experienced inventory workers.
• Consolidate Inventory and inventory locations when necessary.

• Experience in cycle counting.
• Skill set with Microsoft Excel spreadsheets + Google Docs.
• Understand how to research and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Knowledge of WM systems and how to move product within these systems.
• 2 to 3 years experience in a high volume pick, pack and ship distribution environment.
• Experience making adjustments within a WMS.
• Must be a self starter and be able to work with limited supervision.
• Must possess meticulous accuracy and have exceptional math skills.
• Be observant and detail oriented.
• Must work well in a team environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication with peers and management.
