The Inventory and Quality Specialist (IQS) is responsible for ensuring all inventory is received and accounted for. This will ensure that KWI does not pay for anything they do not receive. The Inventory and Quality Specialist will also audit each case of chicken that will be used daily to determine all products meet specifications defined by CFA Inc. If products do not meet quality specifications, they are responsible for submitting the credit process to the Store Director. This position is conducted in accordance with Chick-fil-A food and workplace safety standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be at least 16 years of age upon hire date
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must have availability starting at 5 AM
• Must have Friday/Saturday availability
• Must have a source of reliable transportation
• Ability to handle all equipment, pans, pots, navigating shelving both high and low
• Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required
• Works in hot, noisy and fast paced environment
• Mobility required during shifts
• Must be able to stand for 6+ hours
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
• Beginner knowledge with Microsoft office
• Attention to detail, results oriented
• Great communication skills and ability to problem solve
• Proficient in Inventory Practices, able to neatly organize and track all aspect of inventory

In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have.
