Job description

We are looking for an inventory manager for a Warehouse located in Hialeah, with experience in the logistics area, managing inventory systems, knowledge of shipping and receiving, barcode machines, code or part inventory software, QR barcodes, Database systems and Excel.

The candidate would have experience in logistics, receiving and storing materials, truck loading, and handling paperwork related to shipping/receiving.

The working hours are from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm and Weekends as needed.

The payment is between 50 to 60 per year depending on experience.

Responsabilities:

• Establish best practice inventory measures including tracking, reporting, and root cause analysis
• Work with security to establish and adhere to loss prevention policies and procedures
• Create efficient and accurate inventory management procedures
• Reconcile inventories and coordinate annual physical inventory procedures
• Plan and implement a recovery program to ensure all defective product is accounted for & handled properly
• Develop a program to audit returns and move returned product to its proper location
• Ensures Department maintains accurate records to help facilitate shortage detection
• Develop all necessary reports and documentation to facilitate accurate inventory counts
• Key Annual Physical Inventory Contributions

Buscamos un manager de inventario para Warehouse ubicado en Hialeah, con experiencia en el area de logistica, manejando sistemas de inventarios, conocimientos de shipping y receiving, maquinas de codigos de barras, softwares de inventarios de codigos o piezas, QR barcodes, Data Entry, Excell.

El candidato tendría experiencia en logística, recepción y almacenamiento de materiales, carga de camiones y manejo del papeleo relacionado con el envío/recepción. Debe hablar ingles fluido.

El Horario de trabajo es de Lunes a Viernes de 8 am a 5pm y fines de semana segun sea necesario,.

El pago es entre 50 a 60 por año dependiendo de la experiencia.

Responsabilidades

• Establecer medidas de inventario de mejores prácticas, incluido el seguimiento, la generación de informes y el análisis de causa raíz
• Trabajar con seguridad para establecer y adherirse a políticas y procedimientos de prevención de pérdidas.
• Cree procedimientos de gestión de inventario eficientes y precisos
• Conciliar los inventarios y coordinar los procedimientos de inventario físico anual
• Planifique e implemente un programa de recuperación para garantizar que todos los productos defectuosos se contabilicen y manejen adecuadamente
• Desarrolle un programa para auditar las devoluciones y mover el producto devuelto a su ubicación adecuada
• Asegura que el Departamento mantenga registros precisos para ayudar a facilitar la detección de escasez
• Desarrolle todos los informes y la documentación necesarios para facilitar recuentos de inventario precisos
• Contribuciones clave al inventario físico anual
