Summary:

As an Inventory Control Manager, you will play a vital role in inventory control management as well as damage claims oversight. Superior customer service skills are necessary as the ideal candidate will be working with various levels of associates in their day to day activities around inventory control and documenting damages to inventory.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Performs electronics cycle counts on a weekly basis

· Performs perpetual inventory on a daily basis, ensuring the entire warehouse is counted weekly

· Immediately reconciles all over and short discrepancies sent back from the stores

· Communicates all inventory discrepancies to the General Manager on a daily basis

· Maintains file for cycle count reports completed with resolutions of discrepancies

· Maintains file for over / short / damage store discrepancies with resolutions

· Maintains the Return to Vendor file containing damage claim (if applicable), bill of lading from carrier verifying pick up, return merchandise authorization from vendor

· Maintains a cycle count schedule on a calendar detailing what is counted per day

Required Education, Experience, and Certifications:

· Three years of Inventory Management

Required Skills and Competencies:

· Outstanding customer service skills

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Outstanding organizational skills

· Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time

· High energy level

· Maintain professional appearance

· Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite

Pay: $68,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
