Job description
The Verb is Herb currently seeking an experienced, passionate and detail-oriented Inventory Associate to assist in all dispensary inventory and fulfillment activities. With a strong focus on standard operating procedures, compliance and efficiency, the Inventory Associate will be responsible for assisting with the dispensary’s inventory and counts of all items in stock as well as the accurate fulfillment of orders for the dispensary.
The Inventory Associate will work closely with the Team Leads to maintain inventory data records, and uphold compliance standards with CCC requirements. The person in this role will be responsible for overseeing data input and management within various seed-to-sale tracking software, including METRC.
We are looking for:
- An Inventory Associate with prior experience handling inventory and fulfillment
- Manages the receipt and transfer of cannabis product in and out of vault.
- Maintains METRC compliance by verifying transfers, monitoring Leaflogix inventory integration reconciliation, and maintaining accurate METRC inventory
- Compliantly keep track of packages, cannabis waste, METRC Tags, and weight; print and keep track of labels
- Coordinates closely with Retail Associates to ensure accuracy of item availability and storefront is stocked
- Create detailed reports for adjustments, inventory operations, and stock levels
- Maintains compliance with Company SOPs and CCC regulations
- Maintain all delivery records and invoices according to the methods prescribed by the Inventory Manager and state regulations.

- Ability to manage complex issues in a fast-paced environment

- Must have flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to lift at least 20 lbs be able to stand for long periods of time, sit, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach
Prior METRC/POS experience, and compliance background a must.
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
The schedule for this job will include evenings, weekends and Holidays.
