Kum & Go is searching for an experienced Inventory Accountant! This position is responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the company’s merchandise inventory throughout all of Kum & Go’s retail locations. This is done through timely accounting, margin analysis, store audit reviews, review of existing controls and processes, and communication with Operations, store associates, and external auditors. What You’ll Do:

• Review periodic retail, food, and beverage inventory audits for all retail locations for accuracy and proper inventory accounting
• Coordinate and monitor store audits for completion at all locations
• Resolve scheduling issues with external audit company and store associates
• Perform duties regarding inventory accounting necessary for month-end procedures
• Ensure accurate balance sheet for merchandise inventory for all stores through accurate and timely journal entries and maintenance of inventory module
