Job description

Our client is looking for an experienced Global Trade Compliance Specialist who will be responsible for ensuring company compliance with the regulations while also helping to foster international growth within the business. Qualified candidates should possess a strong knowledge of ITAR and EAR regulations, and should be able to manage complex projects and processes with minimal oversight.

• Provide guidance and requirements to employees concerning Global Trade Compliance regulations.
• Review contracts for global trade requirements.
• Assist with responses or inquiries on ITAR, EAR, customs, and other trade related matters.
• Interpret International Trade Regulations and apply them as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/ Associates Degree and a minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
• Proficient in OFAC Regulations and Foreign Trade Regulations.
• Proficient in product classification both domestic and international to include EAR and ITAR

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $85,000.00 per year
