International and Policy Program Analysts Multiple Openings All Levels

JRC is seeking multiple International and Policy Program Analysts. The ideal candidates will have a BA/BS, and/or MA/MS in related field and 5 - 15 years leading and executing task associated with international issues for complex, with general supervision capable of assisting in execution of international issues, and following established procedures, and solving routine problems and to perform effectively in supporting a Federal Acquisition program(s) as an International and Policy Program Analyst (Basic) overseeing the key duties as listed below.
Key Duties:
- Ability to conceptualize of U.S. foreign policy and the national security policy-making environment and how political-military principles work in partner relationships.
- Capable of interpreting international politics with the ability to differentiate between a U.S. strategy and an international strategy.
- Ability to conceptualize intra and interagency operating procedures, and pertinent aspects of technology transfer, export control policy, and treaty obligations as they relate to Allied involvement in weapons systems.
- Ability to perform job operations in compliance with organizational goals and priorities and administrative policies, regulations and procedures.
- Ability to organize work; to develop, and schedule taskings; and conduct studies and analyses
- Ability to think critically, perform analysis, and possess communication skills (written and spoken
- Capable of working independently, with minimal oversight and direction, to review, process, and formulate international missions and functions as they relate to and affect organizational goals
Requirements:
