This position is contingent upon your ability to maintain/transfer your Security Clearance.
Serco supports the U.S. Navy by providing highly relevant and specialized High Altitude Electromagnetic Pulse (H.E.M.P.) upgrade experience covering the globe. The ILS Manager shall support the development of draft engineering plans and specifications, perform risk identification/analysis/mitigation for HF, UHF, EHF communications systems and sub-Systems. In this role, you will:
- Develop, review, and revise Logistics briefs in support of the Program’s Support and Integrated Logistics Support IPTs
- Evaluate, develop, or revise PMS/Reliability Centered Maintenance documentation
- Develop, review, audit, or revise training plans, curricula, and training support equipment for designated systems/equipment
- Develop, review, update, submit, and maintain the configuration and logistics records in the Configuration Data Manager Database – Open Architecture (CDMD-OA)
- Develop and review provisioning data in ICAPS format for On-Board Repair Parts (OBRPs), correlate Source Material & Reporting coding, failure history, allowance levels, and provide recommendations for changes to existing provisioning documentation
- Evaluate equipment/system operability, maintainability, reliability, and logistic support and provide recommendations for revisions
To be successful in this role, you are required to have:
- This position is contingent upon your ability to maintain/transfer your Secret clearance.
- A Bachelor’s degree and 5-10 years of related experience.
- The ability to travel up to 25%.
