SUMMARY

To assist in the day-to-day operations of the referral process.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS
In this role, you will perform various clerical functions to support operations processes for the PACE office. As Clerical staff, your responsibilities will include:

• Calling and screening referrals
• Checking voice mail and returning calls to prospective clients and families
• Sending out literature to prospected clients
• Entering referral based demographics in system
• Checking for insurance eligibility
• Completing and updating spreadsheets for census and state purposes
• Provide additional support as needed including participation in center on call requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); 1-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Familiar with the Microsoft Office suite and standard computer functions
• Must have one year working with frail elders
