Energy Services is seeking qualified applicants for an Intake Specialist position for our offices located in Marinette, WI. This position is full time and will serve all communities within Wisconsin. Must have a passion and outgoing personality for working with limited and low income households, excellent customer service, math and computer skills. This very rewarding position is a combination of processing applications either in person with the customer or over the phone to establish the eligibility for energy assistance, collaborating with other agencies and stakeholders within the community, attending community events to serve the low income population of the counties listed above, specifically veterans, disabled, elderly and families with young children. Experience working in a non-profit setting with limited income families, elderly and veterans a plus. Hours are Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8:30 - 5:00 while Tuesday, Thursdays are 8:30 - 6:00. Hours may increase October through May to include some Saturday mornings or afternoons.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour
