Job description
The Crescent Center for Mental Health Services is looking for a motivated individual with excellent customer service skills to support our Adult, Child, and Adolescent outpatient services. This person will demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary in order to increase efficiency and workflow while providing the best experience possible for our patients.
Responsibilities include:Managing workqueues, working with insurance companies to get appropriate authorization for patient visits, completes daily activities of billing and auditing of accounts to ensure accurate claim submissions, assists office support staff if volume requires it, other duties as assigned.
Hours (flexible)
40 hours M-F 730am-4pm or 8am-430pm
Minimum Requirements:
High School diploma or GED
Experience working with insurance companies/patient billing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail
