Thompson Creek is looking for an Installer to join the Thompson Creek family within our bathroom division!

POSITION SUMMARY: The Installer is responsible for the installation of Jacuzzi Bath Remodel’s systems and delivering an exceptional customer experience, while completing jobs in one day following the outlined process.

Installer Duties:

• Learn Jacuzzi methodology and perform installations at customers’ homes at prescribed times, taking care to protect their property
• Follow the Jacuzzi Bath Remodel’s processes and procedures for all functions to the letter
• Demonstrate system to customers upon completion of installation
• Clean workspace upon completion
• Complete paperwork with customer and collect final payment
• Maintain communication with Installation Manager throughout the day • Perform multi-step processes in a logical order, check your own work, and recognize and correct mistakes
• Install Jacuzzi Bath Systems following Jacuzzi methodology and ensure quality standards are met
• Provide supervision and guidance to installation helpers when a job requires an installer and installation helper
• Assist with warehouse duties including receiving, staging, inventory, load out
• Pull materials according to job paperwork, and review for accuracy
• Load job materials and gather all materials necessary to complete job in one day
• Maintain truck inventory including tracking parts used on a job and replenishing truck
• Complete service complaints on first visit
• Perform quality control from the time materials leave the warehouse to the completion of the job
• Identify and provide solutions to problems on the jobsite to ensure job is completed on time
• Provide outstanding face to face customer service
• Other duties as assigned

SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience:
  • Level III – at least 2 years’ experience in bathroom installation, interior residential home renovation, or related field, certified level 1 & 2
  • Level IV – at least 3 years’ experience in bathroom installation, interior residential home renovation, or related field, certified levels 1, 2, & 3
  • Level V -
• Computer Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); ability to develop proficiency using company provided applications using an iPad or similar tablet device.
• Licenses and Certifications: valid drivers’ license
