Renewal by Andersen of Wyoming, Montana and Rapid City is currently hiring for the position of Install Schedule Coordinator.

Renewal by Andersen is a 'start to finish' residential window replacement company serving Wyoming, Montana, and the Rapid City, SD area. We are the full-service replacement division of Andersen Windows, which is the largest and oldest window manufacturer nationwide. The purpose of this position is to effectively organize and coordinate the scheduling of our installation teams and provide the highest quality customer service to each homeowner.

Primary responsibilities include:

The Install Schedule Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that the company’s positive image and reputation remains intact. This includes monitoring customer feedback while also helping to resolve homeowner concerns or complaints. Ability to coordinate with install teams, sales staff, and office staff to ensure installations are completed.

• Manage daily tasks and scheduling using a fully digital system.
• Schedule installation appointments with homeowners across multiple territories.
• Call homeowners with reminders of upcoming appointments.
• Follow up with customer’s regarding deliveries and other status updates.
• Check order notes for accuracy and prepare install packets for teams in the field.
• Coordinate with logistics for weekly product deliveries.
• Monitor and respond to customer’s concerns and requests.

Position Requires the following Skills:

• Strong customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suites, Salesforce, and Adobe Pro.
• Dependability in meeting deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication as you will interact with customers daily.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience in scheduling a plus.

Hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 - 5:00.
