The role:
As part of our ongoing growth, Moneypenny has identified an untapped opportunity to cross-sell products to our existing client base. We provide a host of products that compliment our current offering, and we haven't yet told our clients all about these! Therefore, there is a great opportunity to proactively engage with our clients to discuss their growth strategy and pain points and to provide Moneypenny's solution. This role would be to work alongside our current Sales and Client Engagement team to proactively contact existing clients, and educate and sell our suite of products with a primary focus on our Live Chat service offering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively calling existing clients to cross-sell Moneypenny's Live Chat service offering.
- Have consultative conversations to discuss the client's current website and the productive and profitable advantages live chat will offer.
- Updating the company CRM system with every client contact to record sales conversations, product interest, and follow-up activities.
- Meeting daily outbound calling targets and managing a sales pipeline ensuring monthly revenue goals are met.
- Working with the Sales team, as well as the Client Engagement Team, to understand clients and their challenges and help provide solutions to the clients.
- Attending events internally and externally to support the sales team and meeting with existing clients who attend to proactively discuss new products.
- Working with the marketing team regularly to identify and request the supporting marketing material and comms to maximize the target audience.
- Working side-by-side with the Live Chat support team to ensure that tasks are completed leading to client conversion.

- Excellent communicator with both written and verbal communications
- Highly motivated and skilled in selling
- Proven track record in a targeted selling environment
- High energy and approachable at all times; comfortable starting and leading conversations with a warm, helpful, and friendly attitude
- You strive to be a product expert and understand the features and benefits of our products
- Confident and able to attend visits/events in person on and off-site
