Inside Sales Representative – JostensPIX
This role is focused on generating sales for JostensPIX, school photography and yearbooks. This position will prospect in assigned territories, schedule presentations and close sales for JostensPIX. Additionally, this position will cross sell smallbook yearbooks; passing leads and/or including smallbook reps in presentations. The sole focus of this position is to grow JostensPIX and yearbooks based on execution and achievement of sales goals
Required Skills:
- 3-5 years of sales and service experience
- Proven back-to-back years of positive sales growth.
- Ability to demonstrate a successful sales plan, implementation, execution and delivery.
- Must be able to demonstrate professionalism in all aspects of mentoring and coaching coworkers.
- Must be able demonstrate innovation within sales territory and be able to apply within the sales team.
- Superior follow through, attention to detail and ability to balance multiple demands in a high paced environment
