Summary of Position:
An Inside Sales representative is responsible for selling or introducing new products to established and/or potential new customers. Build quotations, write orders, follow up on leads and communicate pertinent information to the customers. An Inside Sales representative handles the project execution and overall coordination between the Customer Service department and the Outside Sales department.

Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service for internal and external customers.
- Must be comfortable working on various sales programs such as B2B platforms, CRM’s, etc.
- Make outbound calls on both new and existing leads. Meet quotas set by Manager.
- Participate in training sessions, meetings, skill-building, and professional development classes.
- Identifying decision makers amongst the targeted leads in order to start the sales process.
- Cooperate with National Sales Manager to determine essential strategic approaches for sales.
- Maintaining and expanding the database of prospects of the organization.
- Outbound and inbound account management.
- Attending sales group meetings concerning sales targets or forecasts, reporting on market situation.
- Handling cancellations or changes in sales order and communicating the changes with the related departments.
- Coordinating with customer service for status on orders from related departments in ensuring the delivery commitment to clients is met.
- Emphasizing product features and benefits, discussing credit terms, quoting prices, and processing credit memos.
- Capturing of accurate and complete information in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Experience: Sales or customer service: 2 years (Preferred).
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Able to work in fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly proficient level computer skills including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent telephone sales personality skills.
- Prominent organization and presentation skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Highly energetic and self-starter.
- Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills.
- Able to multi-task the activities with shifting priorities
- Should be honest, assertive, and systematic.
- This position is categorized as Safety Sensitive.
Job Type: Full-time.
Salary: $40,000 plus commission.
