What You Will Do as a Territory Sales Representative:

This position is responsible for meeting and growing sales volume for assigned accounts or territory. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining positive relationships and strong ties with all levels of management, both internally & externally, as well as partnering with account/territory management to handle customer requests. Additionally, this position is required to support tradeshows and customer visits.

How You Will Make a Difference:

  • Collaborate with the Territory Sales Manager to achieve/exceed monthly sales goals to fuel Workwear growth.
  • Establish strong relationships with distributor base to understand current spend, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth.
  • Responsibilities include but are not limited to – 40+ outbound sales calls per week to existing distributors as well as potential customers, educate and gain commitment from accounts on new products and innovations, follow up on all leads assigned to the territory within 24 hours, analyze purchasing trends to make new product recommendations, and develop growth strategy specific to the territory
  • Minimal travel is required in the territory as well as two national sales meetings per year
  • Utilize SalesForce.com. MOJO, Cognos, and Zoom

Skills Required for Success:

  • High school diploma or equivalent education; Associate’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of five years of sales experience preferred
