Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Increase individual territory sales by building relationships with new and existing customers
- Listen to a customer’s needs and present products based on customer knowledge, insight and intuition
- Coordinate garments that mix-and-match for a complete wardrobe at a great value
- Generate excitement and educate customers about VSF products
- Work closely with Regional Sales Managers and Outside Sales Representatives to ensure all customer needs are satisfied, including, but not limited to fittings, consultations, returns, and exchanges.
Requirements:
- 1+ years sales experience (inside sales preferable)
- Maintain a positive, encouraging attitude at all times
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong listening skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Outstanding organization skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize various projects and deadlines
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and challenging workload
- Experience with Varsity’s products and internal procedures preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
- Some travel required
- Experience with the following systems/applications preferred: Salesforce.com (CRM), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Compensation: The base range for this role includes a minimum of $30k plus additional incentives.
