BRAH Electric is a product manufacturer for the power distribution industry. We specialize in aftermarket direct replacement electrical equipment. Our products are designed and engineered in house in the US and we pride ourselves on quality and reliability. BRAH customers include end users, wholesalers and electrical distributors, we have been servicing this network for over 10 years providing hard to find parts and obsolete electrical products. We keep a fully stocked warehouse in San Clemente, CA. We are a young but fast-growing company. Our sales more than doubled last year and we are looking to do the same in 2023!

We are seeking a new sales representative with the same ambition as we cultivate and to be part of our fast growing team. If you are new to the electrical industry this will likely not be the best job for you. We are looking for a sales rep with strong product knowledge, specifically with Low Voltage power distribution and motor control.
The new Candidate should know how to be self-motivated and work hard to meet sales goals. This should be a long term position and we want someone that is interested in growing with the company. We are open to working remotely or onsite at our main office in San Clemente, CA. The position offers competitive compensation and the opportunity for growth and success are unlimited!
Your Responsibilities
- Follow up on current customer base. Utilizing Salesforce gather client data and actively follow up on recent purchase and future needs
- Maintain and continue to strengthen select distribution accounts through promotions and follow up calls
- Build our client portfolio and reach out to new potential customers distributors
- Become the expert on our product offerings. Our Key Products include:1) Bus Plugs 2) Motor Control: Contactors & Definite Purpose Contactors 3) Circuit Breaker Parts and Accessories
- Maintain accurate data, support current sales by importing client information into our back end and NetSuite
- Handle Order Processing and follow up on your own orders
- Generate new quotes and sales through follow ups on provided leads list
- Take overflow inbound sales calls
Requirements for the position:
- 2+ years in the electrical power distribution industry. Busway and bus plug knowledge is a bonus.
- Ability to manage time, stay organized and maintain sales drive without direct management and as a potential remote employee
- Weekly team meetings and follow ups to report progress on Sales
- Past experience with ERP system and inputting orders ( NetSuite Preferred)
- Experience with CRM tool tracking customers, inputting daily notes and creating follow up tasks. (Salesforce Preferred)
- Relationship Building Skills and a good sense of humor!
Compensation and Benefits
- Base: Range from 40 – 60K based on experience + Commission
- 401K with 3% match after 12 months
- Medical Insurance Plans Available after 3 months: Health/Dental/Vision
- Paid Vacation: 2 weeks starting

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,309.17 - $133,301.01 per year
