Job description
We are looking for an experienced Process Technician for Plastics to join our team! You will be expected to understanding and improving processes to ensure manufacturing lines produce quality products safely and efficiently. Quality, New Product Introduction and additional organizations. A Process-Tech is the go to person to evaluate necessary changes to the line, support quick fixes and to improve line reliability and work well with your team.
Responsibilities:
- Daily coverage of production line processes to ensure smooth and effective operations
- Perform Quality Audits to proactively identify potential issues working with the quality engineering team
- Use hand tools and shop equipment.
- Support Engineering and manufacturing teams in improving and writing manufacturing instructions
- Trial new parts and process in conjunction with the new product engineering team
- Minimize cost and maximize productivity
- Interact with other staff members (engineers, technicians, managers); understand the line of business; provide general building maintenance as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $34.00 per hour

Experience:
- Process Technician: 1 year (Preferred)
- Plastics injection molding: 1 year (Preferred)
