The mission of The University of Texas M. D. The primary purpose of this Information Representative position is to perform patient and visitor screenings. Impacts department operations and institutional patient satisfaction programs.
****The position will float from League City to the Medical Center. ****
Key Functions
Acknowledges and greets patients and visitors and performs health screening. Accurately provides information and instruction, pertaining to all hospital campus to patients, visitors and staff. Maintains a highly professional and positive attitude while dealing with customers and peers and performs multiple tasks as screener, greeter, information desk, in a fast-paced environment.
Other duties assigned.
Required Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
Required Experience
Two years of customer service experience responding to customer inquiries or related experience. Bachelor's degree can be substituted for required experience. Must pass a pre-employment test as required and administered by Human Resources.
