Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher

Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher Job Duties:

• Scheduled hours of work are full-time, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
• Lesson plan development and smooth running of a full classroom
• Catering to the individual needs of the center’s children helping to support learning and social/emotional development
• Continuous communication and relationship building with families and staff
• Keeping a clean and organized classroom
• Utilization of assessment tools
• Being part of a team/team building environment

Requirements:

• You must be over 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalency certificate (GED). At a minimum, an Associate degree in early childhood education (or a related field), or the Child Development Associate (CDA) credential is also required for the lead role.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with families and their children
• Commitment to personal career development
• Dedication to the early childhood education sector

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
