You Will

• Check and adjust as needed - heat controls, cooling water temperatures, pressures and function of extruder and hydraulic pumping units

• Execute preventative maintenance on machines and auxiliary equipment

• Continuously improve preventative maintenance procedure

• Troubleshoot and make adjustments to equipment to correct malfunctions and eliminate defects

• Assure compliance with all safety protocols, quality standards, operational practices & procedures

• Grow your knowledge and skills through a wide-variety of training & on-the-job experiences

You Have

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; 6-12 months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

• Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.

• Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

• Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
