Role Summary:

Hello Bello is looking for an Industrial Maintenance Technician, who will perform the mechanical installation and ongoing maintenance of high-speed, complex manufacturing equipment at our Fulfillment and Manufacturing facility in Waco, Texas. You will respond to machine failures, optimize machine run rates and minimize downtime due to system deficiencies.

Responsibility:

• Respond to urgent downtime requests, troubleshoot mechanical problems for root cause and repair as necessary, documenting findings and determining steps to avoid future equipment/parts failures
• Work with Manufacturing Operations team members on effective and efficient product changeovers, optimizing machine uptime
• Help meet or exceed production, waste and quality goals through a quality and preventative maintenance program
• Ensures operation of machinery by completing preventive maintenance on drives, backup power systems, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and other mechanical components

Qualifications:

• Associates degree or higher in Industrial, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering ore related field
• 5+ years of experience in Industrial Maintenance within a complex manufacturing environment
• Work knowledge of Siemens 7-Step PLC's
• Ability to display skills in manufacturing processes, including operating and maintaining automated equipment
• Ability to diagnose and communicate problems, root causes and short/long term solutions
• Makes timely and appropriate decisions when an emergency or breakdown occurs so that production interruption is minimized
• Proactively makes suggestions/proposals to strive for continuous improvement of equipment and team performance
• Leads by example, is self-directed and patient, and willing to work with operators and technicians at every level
• Willing and able to work overtime as needed
