Industrial Maintenance Specialist-All Shifts
Compensation: $24-$32 based on preferred experience and skills

Job Purpose
The Industrial Maintenance Technician's responsibilities ensure equipment and production lines operate within proper specifications through daily preventative maintenance and equipment repairs. This position directly impacts financial, quality and safety metrics that need complete understanding and adherence to federal and state regulatory requirements and company and customer policies for production standards. A qualified candidate must be able to perform the following:
Qualifications
- Technical training or 5 years of experience within an industrial setting.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for both relay logic and PLC controls.
- Basic electrical skills covering 480v 3 phase system, transformers, AC & DC drives, power supplies, etc.
- Ability and willingness to work across multiple shifts and overtime as needed.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Technical aptitude test performed on-site and other testing to determine skill level.
- Must pass drug and alcohol screening when hired and randomly after hiring.
- Specific Duties
- Can work safely and efficiently with all plant electrical circuits, including 480v, 277v, 120v, and 24v systems.
- Ability to work independently to install, program, and troubleshoot AC and Servo drives.
- Ability to work independently to install, program, and troubleshoot Allen Bradley programmable controllers.
